These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by COMMON GROUND, including but not limited to video production, photography, content creation, and creative direction.
By booking or commissioning our services, the client agrees to these terms.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are agreed individually per project.
Unless otherwise stated:
- 25% deposit is required to start a project
- Remaining 75% is due upon delivery

4. Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for the delivered content as agreed in the project.
COMMON GROUND reserves the right to use selected work for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled by the client:
- The deposit is non-refundable
- Work completed up to cancellation will be charged proportionally

6. Liability
COMMON GROUND is not liable for indirect damages, losses, or delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

7. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.
